3-day elite open water camp with Prabhat Koli (Oceans Seven): 4 sea swims, 1 pool swim, 1:1 feedback, theory sessions and yoga, ending with up to a 5 km swim across the Zuari river. For swimmers who have completed a 2 km+ open water swim or an Olympic+ triathlon. 16+ only.
