Athletes sign up and pay on Next Lap. You get the tools — club page, registration, and payouts.
Follow these steps in order. Your club must be verified before you can host.
On the Clubs page, tap Create new club (mobile) or Create club (desktop). That starts your club page — home for your events.
On your club page, open the ⋮ menu. Tap Get Verified and submit the request (it appears here when the club is not verified yet). Hosting is blocked until Next Lap approves.
On your club page, tap +. Choose Host on Next Lap (sign-up + pay on us) or List your event (outside link). Then answer the card questions to create the event. Athletes use Participate on the live event page.
On the event, open ⋮ → Manage discounts. Add a simple cut, coupon code, or date tiers (early bird) from the first card in that flow.
Open ⋮ → Show participants. You’ll see who registered. Tap Broadcast to email race updates, logistics, or reminders. WhatsApp broadcasts are coming soon.
Your cover image shows on the calendar, maps, and the event page. A sharp photo helps athletes trust the listing.

JPG, PNG, or WebP only.
File size
Maximum 5 MB.
Shape
Prefer a wide landscape shot (about 16:9). Avoid tall phone selfies as the only cover.
Quality
Sharp, well lit, and in focus. No heavy filters or tiny text pasted over the photo.
Subject
Show race feel — route, start/finish, pack run, or venue. Avoid blurry logos or walls of text.

Use a photo you own or have permission to use.

Host your run on Next Lap: create a club, get verified, add your event, and choose Host on Next Lap so athletes sign up and pay on the platform. Paid events use a 4% flat fee; free events are free to host.
Clubs must be verified before hosting. Use Get Verified on your club page, then add race details and a cover image. Bank and PAN details are required for paid events. Support: admin@nextlap.in.
