Designed specifically for pool swimmers and beginners looking to transition to open water, this camp focuses on safety, technique, and overcoming ocean anxiety. Camp Highlights Befriend the Blue: Learn to read the waves, understand tides, and adapt your swimming stroke for open water. Expert Coaching: Gentle, step-by-step guidance from experienced open-water coaches who prioritize your safety and comfort. Small Batches: Enjoy personalized attention in a supportive, judgment-free environment with fellow beginners. Safety First: High coach-to-swimmer ratio with dedicated safety kayakers and lifeguards on watch. This camp includes 3 sea swims, 2 theory sessions, sunset yoga and breakfast on both days Please Note: This is a non-residential camp. Participants will need to arrange their own accommodation and transport to the beach location in Goa. Who it’s for: Beginner open-water swimmers. (minimum age - 16 yrs) Prerequisite: You should be able to comfortably swim at least 50 meters in a pool using any stroke Location: Bambolim Beach, Goa Duration: 2 Days How to book / cancel? All bookings are done online on Next Lap. In the event of cancellation by the participant, 80% will be refunded excluding gateway fee. The balance 20% will be deducted toward pre-event expenses.
